## About the piece

The melody first appeared as “Good Morning to All” by the sisters Mildred and Patty Hill in 1893. After a long copyright dispute it is now in the public domain. The leap up to the high G in the third line is the only tricky moment.

Composer: Mildred J. Hill and Patty Smith Hill (melody, 1893). Level: Beginner.

## Practice tips

- Learn one line at a time. Repeat it until it feels easy, then add the next.
- Keep your hand still over the keys and let your fingers do the moving.
- Once you know the notes, press **Listen** again and play along with the rhythm.
- Hold **Space** for the sustain pedal to make the melody sing — release it between phrases so the notes don't blur.
